The documents and images may be downloaded by anyone, displayed in any format, and used for any teaching purpose as long as all included copyright and disclaimer statements are printed or displayed with each document. All documents (files) may be freely modified by the user to suit local conditions (materials available, etc.) and individual preferences as long as a statement to this effect and citation of the original document are included.
Each entry consists of documents in RTF (rich text format) and PDF formats. RTF files may be opened with MS Word (any version) running on a PC or Mac. This format allows users to make modifications and provide the material in written or online form. PDF files may be viewed by PC or Mac but can not be modified. Also included is a ZIP file which has both the RTF and PDF formats along with the original DOC file submitted by the author (usually MS Word 97 or earlier for PC).
Users are requested to send an email to the Steering Committee identifying the document downloaded and a little bit of information on how it will be used. Feedback in the same way after use is invited (the plan is to eventually have a forum for this purpose so documents can be frequently updated).
